This is Part 5c of the Dravidian Movement series. Based on the data from The Dravidian Model, Tested, The Manifestos, Scored, and The Manifestos, Re-Scored.
Someone made a flowchart for the Tamil Nadu 2026 election. It asked one question: "Do you want the DMK government to continue?" Yes → Vote DMK. No → Vote ADMK or TVK.
That tells a voter nothing. It reduces an election to a loyalty test. Here is a real one — built on track record, manifesto data, and what each party actually did when it had power.

The Score
The State Capability Index — 43 sub-parameters, 4 scoring axes, development economics framework, track record weighted — produces this:
| DMK | ADMK | |
|---|---|---|
| SCI Score | 80.1 | 34.7 |
| Gap | 45.4 points |
The gap is larger than ADMK's entire score.
How to Use This
This is not a voting instruction. It is a framework. Find the issue that matters most to you. Look at what was delivered versus what is promised. Look at track record versus rhetoric.
Then vote for whoever you believe will serve Tamil Nadu best.
Vote for whoever you believe will lift the last person. That is the only test that matters.
